Introductions
I am a multi-disciplinary product and UX design leader with ~15 years of experience. I am currently the head of UX & Strategic Innovation for RAPP Chicago — a global marketing firm — where I manage teams of UX strategist, architects, designers and product designers across the US Army, Capital One and Peloton accounts.
Work style
As a leader, I aim to understand my team’s individual motivators and work tirelessly to create space for them to learn and grow into the career they envision for themselves.
As a maker, I am a big-picture thinker. I coach on the importance of listening, research, group collaboration, and curiosity — with the goal of bringing forward strategies that are defensible and experiences that are intuitive.
Media
Recently, I was a guest on the Fail Faster podcast where I discuss some of my career wins and losses, the importance of family, empathy, design thinking and many other topics.
